Q: What is required to book my date?
A: We require a 25% retainer to hold the date. This locks and guarantees your date with us. The remaining balance is due 14 days prior to the shoot date.
Note: Dates are limited on a first come, first serve basis. Therefore, as a courtesy to all who call for availability, your wedding date will be held for five days only, starting from the contact date. You will have five days to send in the retainer fee to secure your date or it will be released to another interested party.


Q: What type of equipment do you use?

A: We are digital shooter and use professional equipment. We photograph and film with the Canon R Mirrorless (and a Canon 5DM4 backup camera body for incidentals) and utilize a variety of professional grade lenses throughout a shoot. For video we are using the Canon R Mirrorless along side with the Canon 80D to film in HD.

Q: Do you have any lighting equipment and what kind of lighting do you use?
A: Yes, we have lighting equipment. However, our primary light source is available light (natural light), as this is the most beautiful, modern and classic light source. Once the sun sets, we use shoe mounted flash and carry a backup light stand for very dark scenes.


Q: Do you travel for weddings and Events?

A: Yes, destination wedding are unique and we are honored to be part of such a special experience. Whether you are planning a wedding back home or in an exotic location, We are more than happy to travel for your destination needs. However, travel fees are applicable to the locations outside of South Florida. Feel free to contact the us for more information and inquiries.

Q: How long before we see our proofs?
A: Normal turnaround time is between 1-2 weeks. So by the time you are back from your honeymoon, photos are posted online or the web highlight video is hosted online with any of our signature films.


Q: What primary style do you identify with?
A: Cinematic, Short Form, Storytelling, Documentary, or Traditional


Q: What formats can the final video be in?
A: Hosed online for streaming, Portable Drive, or USB Drive


Q: Do you have liability Insurance?
A: Yes


Q: Are you a commercial studio or a home-based business?
A: We are a home-based business


Q: How many videographers do you work with?
A: We can work with 1 to 3 cinematographers depending on the package selected. Some times we have assistant helping with the gear.


Q: Does the client get to meet the videographers before the event?
A: We can meet during the sales consult and we also try to meet our clients at the day of the rehearsal depending on the package chosen.


Q: Do you guarantee your presence at the actual event?
A: If you book any of our "HD signature film package" you are guarantee that Mike Mesa will cover your event, or you have the option to book a crew package that would provide you one or more of our crew shooters at a more affordable price. 


Q: Do you book yourself for more than one event in a day? Weekend?
A: We can book our self more then one event a weekend but not on the same day. 


Q: Do you have a replacement videographer in case you become unavailable on the event day?
A: Yes we have our own team of shooters and we work with other cinematography company's as a source of shooters.


Q: Do you bring backup equipment to the event in case of malfunction?

A: We carry backup cameras, bodies, and lenses to every shoot.

Q: What is your policy on taking breaks? If you require a meal break, do you require that the client provide your meal?
A: We ask that the client provide a warm meal at the reception in order to keep us close by or we can take a 1hr break to procure our own meal. 


Q: Do you give access to your raw footage?
A: We do make the raw footage or files available for purchase.


Q: Is the client involved in the editing process? If so, how much input does the client have in editing?
A: We will get some input from the client regarding the final edit. Music selection, length and style of edit. Once the edit is complete, client is able to view and report any issues. We correct any issues, but can charge if any major changes are requested. 


Q: How long does it take for the client to get the final video?

A: Our website highlight video is posted online 7-20 days after the event. The final product turnaround time averages between 1 - 2 months.
